The successful applicant will assist the small management team in providing a professional yet relaxed form of service. Duties to include booking and general office work, meeting and greeting guests, service at either breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Due to a career change we are now looking for an individual to run our wine and beverage position at Boath. The successful candidate will be trained to at least WSET level 2 and have a good working knowledge of wines at 4 rosette or Michelin level. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to enhance their wine experience and level of responsibility. We are a very small but passionate team and therefore other duties will be required.
