General Assistant – October 2016

A position is currently available for a full time front of house team member. Be a part of a small, passionate and professional team, dedicated to providing a very high level of service and customer satisfaction. This diverse position includes serving in our Michelin star restaurant, checking in guests and general admin work. Training will be given but experience is preferred but not essential.

Chef de Partie – October 2016

We are looking for an enthusiastic chef de partie to join our small brigade in this award-winning kitchen. You should be a strong all-rounder, with experience at minimum 3-rosette/1 star Michelin level.  This role offers a great Chef de Partie the opportunity to work with and learn from an outstanding team and be part of an exciting future!
