Garden to Plate

Both the restaurant and café have a strong connection to the garden and most of the herbs and micro veg are grown year round in the glasshouse and polytunnels. The ethos of local, seasonal and fresh with minimal food miles are key to menu selection. From spring until early winter guests can wander the gardens and find many flowers, herbs and leaves to be seen on their plate.
