Boath House Luxury Hotel - cancellation policy
When booking accommodation:
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing and we regret that a 10% cancellation fee will be charged. If less than 14 days notice is given and we are unable to re-let the accommodation or restaurant tables then the reservation costs will be due in their entirety for all or any days which were not re-let.
When booking lunch, afternoon tea and dinner:
Guests are welcome to cancel until 10am (lunch and afternoon tea) or 2pm (dinner) on the day of reservation.
We will charge the given card the total cost of the reservation on cancellations after this time.
When booking beauty spa treatments:
We understand that occassionally our clients have to cancel appointments. We also wish to serve clients who were unable to secure an appointment and are on a waiting list at peak times. We would appreciate it if you could advise us at least 24 hours prior to any cancellation. Unfortunately if we are not given sufficient notice of cancellation a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred.
