Superior Courtyard Suite, located in the original rooms used for the kitchens, this vaulted ceiling courtyard suite is decorated in light gardens colours with a contemporary design.	Bedroom 21ft x 13ft (26sqm), Lounge 10ft x 16ft (12.5sqm), Bathroom 12ft x 6.5ft (6.5sqm).

We are open over New Year and taking bookings for the New Year’s house party. We are however closed during the Christmas period.

These rates do not take into effect minimum two nights stay periods. We also reserve the right to adjust rates on premium dates to maximize on our limited availability.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Can we bring pets?

Boath House is happy to accommodate dogs and cats in the hotel by arrangement only, so please let us know at the time of booking so that we can make arrangements.

Q. What time can we check in?

Rooms are not usually available to guests before 2:00 pm on the day of arrival, but you are very welcome at any time and make use of the restaurant and garden. We ask that guests vacate their rooms by 12 noon on the day of departure but, again, you are welcome to use the hotel facilities for the rest of the day.

Q. Can we bring children?

We are delighted to welcome children of any age, and we can provide foldaway beds in some rooms (extra charge £40.00), cots and high chairs (at no extra charge).

Q. Are there facilities for the disabled?

We have one ground floor cottage that is designed to be suitable for disabled use and includes a bath lift if required. The Restaurant is on the ground floor and accessible for wheelchairs, though not specifically designed for them. Please let us know when booking, of any disability so we can ensure you have a comfortable stay.

Q. Is smoking permitted in the hotel?

In line with the rest of the United Kingdom smoking on the premises is not permitted.  Guests who smoke in their rooms will incur a £50 charge due to extra cleaning costs.  However guests are welcome to smoke in the gardens and grounds.

Q. Is there a corkage charge?

Corkage is charged at £10 per bottle for wine and £20 per bottle for Champagne.  We are very pleased to serve refreshments to our guests during the afternoon as well as evening. We would therefore ask that guests do not consume on our premises alcoholic drinks that they have bought elsewhere.

Cancellation - Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations will only be confirmed on receipt of payment for the first nights accommodation or valid credit card details.
2. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing and we regret that a 10% cancellation fee will be charged. If less than 7 days notice is given and we are unable to re-let the accommodation or restaurant tables then the reservation costs will be due in their entirety for all or any days which were not re-let.
3. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.
4. All accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. Room categories will always be guaranteed. However on occasion specific rooms within this category may change.  

As we only have 8 rooms we do apply these terms and conditions. We would always advise guests to ensure they have appropriate insurance.
