General Assistants – Front of House

This opportunity is for someone with plenty of personality, energy and enthusiasm.

Tasks will include meeting and greeting and reception duties, waiting on table, booking and general administration (requiring some computer skills).

Although we do not currently have 'live in' accommodation we can arrange for local rental.

Wage is commensurate with experience.

Sous Chef

A sous chef is required to assist in a busy AA 4 rosette, 1 Michelin starred kitchen.

Due to our current sous chef moving on to a new career path we are now offering the right candidate a great opportunity to experinece working in a high end family run business in the Highlands of Scotland. The position requires a chef with experience to at least 3 AA rosette level, some exposure to a Michelin starred environment would be an advantage but not necessary. The sous chef at Boath House has complete responsibility for the running of the kitchen in the absence of the head chef and is required to be able to work within a small team. This position is ideal for a person looking to widen their knowledge in the fine dining environment, only self-motivated chefs with a passion and flair for fine dining need apply.
